Course Description

These courses cover all the content covered in Combined Science plus extra topics to add depth to your scientific knowledge and understanding, how science works and the study of elements of applied science, with particular reference to professional scientists.
It is a great way of preparing for A-Levels in the Sciences as the extra topics bridge the gap between GCSE and A Level.

Assessment Format

You will gain 3 separate GCSE grades, one of each of Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Each qualification is assessed by taking 2 exams, making 6 exams in total. The exams all last 1 hour and 40 minutes.

All the exams are taken at the end of Y11.
