If any of your child’s contact information changes you should notify Wingfield as soon as possible to ensure that any correspondence reaches you and that we can contact you in the event of an emergency.
To change your address simply print and fill in the document found here and send it in to Wingfield with your child. You can also drop the form in yourself, however proof of ID may be requested if you do so.
We regret that for child and data protection reasons we can no longer accept change of address requests made by either phone or by e-mail.
